Refund Policy
Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our quality — if something goes wrong, we'll fix it.
All Sales Final
Once a package leaves our facility we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened product. This policy protects every customer by ensuring product integrity.
Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Email us through our contact page with your order number. Most claims are resolved within 2 business days.
