Shipping Policy
All orders are packaged discreetly and shipped nationwide from our facility. Below you'll find processing times, carriers, and the states we cannot ship to.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM CT will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–6 business days
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. Orders requiring an adult signature (21+) at delivery will be flagged at checkout.
Discreet Packaging
All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked, smell-proof packaging. No branding, no product descriptions on the exterior.
Restricted States
Per state guidelines, THCA products cannot be shipped to: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island. Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to: AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NY, ND, OH, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked delivered but missing, please contact your local carrier first. For damaged shipments, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
